Roof Repair Smedway handles Roof Replacement projects across Colfax from full tear-off through final inspection, with a written scope you approve before anything is torn down.
We walk Colfax homeowners through material options, tear-off scope, and timeline before a single shingle comes off, so there are no surprises mid-project.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Materials staged and crews scheduled to minimize how long your Colfax property sits exposed.
No mid-project line items you didn't approve first.
We match material choice to Colfax's climate exposure, not just the lowest bid.
Here's the full breakdown of what a Colfax Roof Replacement project with us covers.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
Ice and water barrier gets installed at eaves and valleys per current code requirements.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Colfax homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Colfax roof running cooler and drier.
We protect landscaping and driveways during tear-off and do a full magnetic nail sweep before leaving.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
Crew leads arrive with the equipment needed for a full property assessment.
Material options and pricing tiers are laid out clearly so you can decide with full information.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
